This a $5 class every Saturday is designed for beginners taught by teachers who have recently completed their Yoga teacher training. This class is ideal for anyone interested in Yoga, as it will cover the basics of a Yoga practice at a pace that is ideal for newbies. Feel free to drop in for $5 every Saturday at 11:30a!
