Green Smoothie Week 4!

Yay for week 4! Great job everyone…I hope that this has created a habit that you can keep! For your shopping list:

1 Bunch of Kale
1 Bunch of Spinach
1 Bunch of fresh parsley
2 cucumbers
2 packages of berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, rasberries)
4 Oranges
7 bananas
7 Cans of coconut water
